My Story
Hi, My name is Matt Watson. I am a certified NRA instructor. I'm the lucky guy that got to marry his high school sweet heart. Crystal and I have three amazing kids; Kelly (my little dead-eye), Delia (miss athletic), and Brody (the young gun). I started my career in the United states air Force as an electronic warfare technician. while in the Air Force I was the captain of a skeet and trap team. I then moved on to work as an avionics installer crew lead on corporate aircraft. I also became a pilot. I was then presented with the opportunity to once again support our wonderful country by deploying as a contractor to Afghanistan to be in direct support of the raid on Osama's compound in 2011. After returning home, I took some time off so that I could spend the majority of my time at my parents family business of repairing automotive vehicles (mainly Jaguars) helping where I could. Over time I ended up running the whole operation. We recently sold the family business and this left me with a decision to make. Do I go Back to corporate America or follow my dreams of working from home with anything to do with firearms? You guessed it, following my passion. I have been shooting firearms basically since birth. Not only recreationally but I am an avid hunter as well. I have taught a lot of people how to shoot properly and how to enjoy it. I have passed down my passion of shooting to my kids. They started shooting at the age of 3 and enjoy it as much as I do.
